Mumbai: An extraordinary Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on Wednesday endorsed the use of excused cop Sachin Waze to turn ‘approver’ against other denounced including previous Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in a supposed debasement case.
The court has requested Waze to show up before it on June 7. The excused cop had engaged the court to turn into an approver. Waze has looked to turn into an approver in the defilement case and has mentioned to be exculpated and made an approver.
Both Waze and Deshmukh are in legal guardianship in discrete cases by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED), separately.
